This light-duty countertop range uses induction technology to generate heat with no open flame. This means less ambient heat in your kitchen, fast heat-up times, and most importantly no open flame or flammable fuels that could be a potential safety hazard.

Multiple Cooking Modes

The LR-CH-2 boasts 220V of cooking power, and you can cook using either a voltage-based “power level” mode. There are 6 different power levels between 150 and 250°C temperature. Simply place an induction-ready pan or pot on the cooking surface, turn it on, and choose your power level. The keypad can be locked to prevent settings from being changed.
