The Countertop display comes with a glass sneeze guard; is equipped with its own refrigeration unit and this unit comes with 5 X GN 1/4 food pans for your convenience so you can begin using it immediately. It can accommodate all 5 of these pans at once, providing the option for larger portions of foods. An included glass sneeze guard will keep out any outside contaminates, ensuring optimal sanitary food service. The temperature is easily controlled by a singular side mounted dial and ranges from 2°C ~ 8°C. This unit requires a 230 V / 50Hz electrical connection for operation.
