A high performance refrigerated preparation counter, the SU10CT has 252 litres of internal storage. Its countertop cut-out wells hold up to eight 1/6 GN ingredients pans. The easy to clean polypropylene worktop has an overhang of 100mm allow the SU10CT refrigerated salad counter to maximise the working area. Extendable worktop for increased prep area. Construction includes polyurethane insulation with zero ODP and low GWP, providing excellent thermal efficiency. Williams CoolSmart controller is designed for easy operation and features clear digital display and visual alarms for failsafe performance. Foodsafe, professional stainless steel exteriorprovide hygienic, durable and easy to clean surfaces. Versatile, removable racking system with nylon coated shelving provides flexible storage and ease of cleaning. Self-closing doors avoid heat ingress and reduce energy consumption. Reversible door hanging encourages efficient workflow reducing the risk of accidents and providing the ability to change in-situ. Heavy duty, PVC, magnetic balloon gaskets with welded corners provide durability and 100% tight seal preventing heat ingress.

Whether used in a university, sub shop, or hospital, this unit is sure to help streamline the sandwich prep process with its convenient features and capacity. It boasts a large, mega top to hold a variety of ingredients, as well as a lower refrigerated cabinet to store back-up ingredients, condiments, and other cold product. Divider bars are also included for ultimate convenience. Plus, since the unit uses R134A refrigerant for operation.

 

Top with Pan

Its top accommodates up to 100mm. These are great for holding common sandwich or salad toppings, from eggs and cheese to green pepper or ham. A liner catches any ingredients that may fall between the pans, preventing them from falling within the cabinet and making cleanup a breeze.

 

 

 

 

Refrigerated Storage Space

Beneath the workspace is additional storage space. Because it’s refrigerated, the space is great for storing back-up ingredients, such as deli salad and cheese, as well as less common toppings. An nylon-coated shelf is included and can accommodate up to 41Kg. of weight, helping to organize your assorted supplies.

 

 

 

 

 

Williams CoolSmart Controller

Williams CoolSmart controller is designed for easy operation and features clear digital display and visual alarms for failsafe performance. The control ensures the unit’s holding temperatures stay between +1 to +4°C. The controller is preprogrammed to keep the unit in the safety zone to avoid any issues with health inspectors.

 

 

 

 

Stainless Steel Construction

The construction of this unit is designed with commercial use in mind. It features a stainless steel exterior and an aluminum interior, which are fortified with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The insulation also helps to promote proper temperature retention. For operation, the prep table requires a 230 V / 50Hz electrical connection.
