The four door Onyx CPC4 prep station has 835 litres of undercounter storage space and accommodates ten 1/3GN ingredients pans. High performance, spacious three door preparation counter with gastronorm storage. Its unique airflow design ensures consistent uniform temperature of the food in pans. CoolSmart controller for reduced energy consumption. Self closing doors with magnetic balloon gaskets for 100% seal. Heavy duty swivel and brake castors. Ideal for small kitchens. Lid for overnight storage of ingredients. Combining high-performance gastronorm undercounter refrigerated storage with a super efficient system to chill its worktop wells, the Onyx is available in a wide choice of sizes – from our compact two-door model right up to the large capacity five-door unit. The Onyx’s large work area makes all models ideal for a wide range of prep applications including pizza, sandwiches, tapas, salad and desserts. The Onyx features an advanced airflow system that guarantees storage temperatures and food safety – yet also saves energy.

Whether used in a university, sub shop, or hospital, this unit is sure to help streamline the sandwich prep process with its convenient features and capacity. It boasts a large, mega top to hold a variety of ingredients, as well as a lower refrigerated cabinet to store back-up ingredients, condiments, and other cold product. Divider bars are also included for ultimate convenience. Plus, since the unit uses R134A refrigerant for operation.

 

Full Length Cutting Board

A spacious full length cutting board acts as the main staging area for all of your culinary creations, providing plenty of room for sandwiches and salad bowls. The cutting board can even be removed for easy cleaning or swapped out with another board of your choosing.

Spacious Storage

The interior of this unit has several cubic feet of storage capacity for backup pans of ingredients and three adjustable shelves for organization. The shelves can each hold up to 41Kg. Beneath the workspace is additional storage space. Because it’s refrigerated, the space is great for storing back-up ingredients, such as deli salad and cheese, as well as less common toppings. An nylon-coated shelf is included of weight, helping to organize your assorted supplies.

Williams CoolSmart Controller

Williams CoolSmart controller is designed for easy operation and features clear digital display and visual alarms for failsafe performance. The control ensures the unit’s holding temperatures stay between +1 to +4°C. The controller is preprogrammed to keep the unit in the safety zone to avoid any issues with health inspectors.

Insulated Lid

The insulated lid improves efficiency during off hours by locking in cold air on the top pan area. For easy access, the lid also includes a handle and hinges so that it can be raised during service hours.

Stainless Steel Construction

The construction of this unit is designed with commercial use in mind. It features a stainless steel exterior and an aluminum interior, which are fortified with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. The insulation also helps to promote proper temperature retention. For operation, the prep table requires a 240V / 50Hz electrical connection.

Stay-Open, Self-Closing Doors

This unit features two stay-open, self-closing doors. This not only helps your employees easily load product without the door closing on them, but also helps make sure the door closes properly when quickly reaching into the unit without fully opening it. The tight seal also prevents potential energy loss.
